Refund & Returns Policy

At Nourisoul Body Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, please read our Refunds and Returns Policy below to understand how you can return items and request a refund.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
  • In the same condition as when you received it.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Products that have been opened or used.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Gift cards and downloadable products.

2. How to Initiate a Return

2.1 Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us
    Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request.” Include the following information in your email:
  • Your order number.
  • The product(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for the return.
  1. Return Authorization
    Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Do not send the product back until you have received the RMA number.
  2. Prepare Your Return
    Pack the product securely in its original packaging, include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  3. Ship the Return

3. Costs and Fees

3.1 Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a defect in the product. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

3.2 Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees. However, if the returned product is not in its original condition or is missing parts, we reserve the right to deduct a fee from your refund.

4. Refunds

4.1 Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.

4.2 Refund Amount
Refunds will include the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping costs. If the return is due to our error, we will also refund the original shipping costs.

4.3 Partial Refunds
If an item is returned in a condition that is not eligible for a full refund (e.g., damaged or missing parts), we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the returned item.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the item you want.
